Sabudana Rotti / Thalipeet / Sago Flatbread - A yummy breakfast flatbread

Updated: Nov 29, 2021

It's been ages since I made and posted anything. I had my reasons and if you were among the 4k odd subscribers waiting for me to get moving, then breathe out a sigh of relief. :D Firstly, thank you for all the love, support and a little nagging. It helps to get on with the projects at hand. Secondly, here a superb breakfast that I made just a few days back.

As I have mentioned before, I love (absolutely love!!!!!) Sabudana. I have posted three videos before about Sabudana and you can see those link right below. The first one is about prepping the pearls:

The second one is about turning them into delicious and extremely popular - Sabudana Khichadi - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kwGMR6J1uaU&t=1s

The third one is the Sabudana Payasa (dessert) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7DlDUZie83s&t=0s

This one though, will make you forget the rest. You don't believe me? Then I challenge you to make and find out. :)

Here's the list of ingredients for the recipe:

"Anna daata sukhi bhava!"

So go on, repeat, relish and leave me your feedback on the comments section.

About

The Happy Brahmin food journey began with a simple idea of documenting and sharing my daily menu. I wanted to gather and showcase the simple yet powerful confluence of humble, everyday vegetarian, ingredients. I believe that the way we honour our ingredients, goes on to exhibit the glow in our skin, twinkle in our eyes and the zest in our speech and actions.
